Welcome to the Kansas District
Defining Statement
Kiwanis International is global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child one community at a time.
The Kansas District was established in 1951. However, Kiwanis was a presence in Kansas long before then. Kansas started as part of the Missouri-Kansas District in 1921 and later was a part of the Missouri-Kansas-Arkansas District. By 1951, the Kansas District had grown to become their own District. Over 50 years later, the Kansas District remains active with 11 divisions and 102 clubs.
Kiwanis covers every corner of the state from Atchison to Liberal.
